We love Hilton. With saying that this hotel was excellent until you opened the door. Distressed furniture is just crappy old. The room was very clean and the view was great. Only other problem is we paid extra for a king room. And we did sleep in that bed, but it sagged so bad to the center. We both went to bed hugging the edge and kept waking up in the hole. Thank you

The customer service was excellent & the food was delicious! My husband and I both agreed this hotel offers the best breakfast buffet!! There’s a chef available to make you any kind of omelette you want on the spot! I’d go back just for the breakfast & the ocean views from our room! On the other hand, Daytona Beach is probably the worst beach I’ve ever been to. There are homeless people everywhere! Definitely not a place to bring a family with kids! Nonetheless, we made the best of it. This hotel had everything we needed and more. My daughter, my husband and I enjoyed the pool and the rest of the amenities! Thanks for an awesome stay!

Marcel at checkin was very professional and efficient. Jody at the breakfast buffet was excellent. The resort needs a makeover. Aging is showing in the common areas and needs attention. Flooring, walls, trim, etc. Paid for an ocean front jr suite and found the room to be completly unacceptable. A very strong musty smell upon entering and found the carpet by the balcony door completely soaked. Very surprised they even tried to put me in it. Ended up being moved but found the desk clerk un empathetic and seemed to struggle to accomodate me, she acted as though she did not want to.

We had a good time first hot tub didn’t work hard to get up and down elevator check-in was easy. They charge $50 for parking per day and $25 fee.
