The check in was horrible (I thought the directions were bad and another traveler thought so as well). I will admit I was extremely tired by time I checked in. It is a shared facility, one side by hotel, other side by condo association. Directed on the wrong side no one, not parking attendant nor front desk (once I asked about checking in and they couldn’t find reservation) ever asked or even recommended to check on other side. Left facility to find a place to park (parking for checking in was limited space place it was New Years Evening). VRBO customer service couldn’t find my email or reservation multiple times it was spelled out by daughter and myself). Talked with condo owner (not local). Frustrating. Did finally got checked in. View was great. Close to various shops and restaurants. I was there for 4 nights, we had one small dish towel (hand cloth size) and medium (hand cloth size) for kitchen use. Full size kitchen (did use refrigerator and plates). Bathroom had towels. Said they would have shampoo onsite (it was a 1 oz bottle) we had packed our own travel size so didn’t use. They had stacked w/d that we did use. Again views are spectacular! We found some “gummy” substance on a throw rug in bedroom cleaner came next morning and took care of that. We had to manually turn on TVs.
