Wake up to breathtaking ocean sunrises in our spacious oceanfront master bedroom, complete with private access to two balconies. Sink into a plush memory foam king mattress dressed in soft linens with blackout curtains for a restful night's sleep. This coastal inspired retreat features a full completely renovated en-suite bathroom with extra large walk-in shower. There are also an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience.

New for 2026-BRAND NEW hurricane rated glass doors and windows in our unit. We have also installed brand new LVP flooring throughout. A complete master bathroom renovation complete with new VERY large, tiled walk-in shower and vanity.

The entire unit comfortably sleeps 8 on quality mattresses-no sofa beds here. Just inviting, restful spaces designed for a relaxing coastal getaway.

NOTE: There is a construction project ongoing on the front of the building (roadside). The beachfront construction will be completed around December 2026. Construction work will be ongoing M-F 8am-4pm. There will be intermittent construction noise and inconveniences. We have adjusted to pricing to compensate for these inconveniences. Please reach out to me if you have any questions regarding the work being done.




Guest Bedroom 1 offers two full size beds with comfortable memory foam mattresses and fresh linens. Guest Bedroom 2 includes a full-size bed plus a twin day bed with a twin trundle underneath-perfect for families. Every bedroom is equipped with a 32 inch HDTV.

The spacious living room opens directly into the oceanfront balcony. Stretch out on the large sectional sofa and enjoy your favorite shows on the 50-inch TV. A Wii gaming system and a selection of board games provide fun entertainment for evenings or rainy days, while complimentary Wi-fi keeps everyone connected.

The bright kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, flatware and dinnerware. It boasts everything you need to prepare an exceptional meal for your family.

We supply our guests with all the toys needed for your beach getaway. No need to pack bulky extras. We supply beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, beach towels, and a cooler. All linens provided.

The complex features a beautiful, private oceanfront pool and fitness center. With only four units per floor, you'll enjoy a peaceful, uncrowded atmosphere. One assigned underground parking space is included. Additional vehicles can use the large upper parking deck on a first come, first served basis (maximum of two cars total). Please contact me if you need arrangements for extra vehicles.

Conveniently located just one hour from Disney theme parks and historic St Augustine, and only a 20-minute drive to the iconic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse.

Must book Saturday - Saturday during peak seasons.

Please note: Horizons is a complex of individually owned condominiums-not a hotel or resort. A building manager is available for common-area and building- related matters only and cannot assist with issues inside individual units. If you experience any problem with the condo itself, simply contact me directly and I will respond within a few minutes.

NO TRAILERS allowed in the parking garage or lot. Please reach out to me if need information about trailer parking or additional vehicle parking.

Condominium building rules are located inside the condo door. Repeated rule infractions, security violations (including jumping or climbing over fences), vandalism, or conduct interfering with other residents can result in the termination of the rental and removal from the condominium property. Please adhere to quiet hours between 10pm-8am. There are many full-time residents in the building that call it home. Please be respectful of their home. Any calls requiring police intervention will result in eviction.

Our cleaning crew takes extra steps to disinfect the unit after every stay. We have a no contact check in and check our process.

SECURITY CAMERA INFORMATION: Your safety matters. There are several security cameras located throughout all common areas in the building including the garage, elevators and all hallways. They do not look into the interior of the condo.

We highly suggest travel insurance. You can find top rated very affordable plans on travelinsurance.com. As this is a business, we adhere to our cancellation policy.

There will be a $100 charge per set of keys, or the garage door opener are not left on departure.
