(Air Mattress provided for extra sleeping space if needed) Just show up and get to relaxing because this unit has all you need! Fully stocked kitchen including a Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, a stocked spice cabinet and a water filter directly in the fridge. Unit has an inviting outdoor couch on the ocean front patio. Coin laundry available on the same floor. All linens provided as well as board games, bathroom essentials, beach toys, umbrella, chairs and more! Conveniently located on a NO drive part of the beach, and shopping center across the street. One of New Smyrna's hottest breakfast spots and homemade ice cream shop, as well as a grocery store, souvenir shop, and gym. Minutes drive from Flagler Ave for bars/restaurants and shopping.
