Fully stocked kitchen including a Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, a stocked spice cabinet and a water filter directly in the fridge. Unit has an inviting outdoor couch on the ocean front patio. Coin laundry available on the same floor. All linens provided as well as board games, bathroom essentials, beach toys, umbrella, chairs and more! Conveniently located on a NO drive part of the beach, and shopping center across the street. This was a brief holiday for us after a conference in Orlando. No kids, just the two of us. The condo was great - comfortable, clean, nicely appointed and good air conditioning. Communications with the owner and condo staff were quick and responsive.We primarily went to the beach during our stay. Though there were plenty of people on the beach it was never "crowded" and we had plenty of space to stretch out. It was probably the best beach weather I have ever had.The location is great - both within walking distance to some restaurants and a grocery store, and close to shopping in food via car. We plan to come back some day - this was an excellent place to stay.

Property is very clean and kept up every day. Pool is super clean and very enjoyable w lots of loungers that are kept clean. The condo was cleaned very well. The patio furniture needs a serious updating. It was wet and the cushions were very thin and old and never did dry out. They were mildewed and not comfortable at all. They are low and you are sitting looking out the bars like you are in a bucket. We were very disappointed not to be able to sit on the deck every morning The bed is very comfortable and has nice sheets. Plenty of towels and blankets. Well stocked. Kitchen was very clean and fridge was too. If you don't mind awful teflon scratched up pans there are plenty to cook w. They had a good, small crock pot slow cooker that we used everyday w ease. It was a real crock insert and healthy to cook with. The condo is located in an excellent location for getting around. The elevator was kept very clean.

From the moment we walked in we felt at home here! It was so nicely furnished, very clean, cozy feeling, and the view was amazing. We would highly recommend it! It met the needs of the 2 of us staying there. It’s conveniently located…we enjoyed breakfast across the street 2 mornings and ice cream one evening. The owner was so nice and communication was timely and helpful. We hope to return one day and have already recommended it to family and friends.

Our stay was wonderful! We were in town dor the College NDA Nationals 2025 competition! The competition was held in Daytona Beach but we wanted to stay in a more quiet area and a place that was family friendly!
