The kitchen features new updated cabinets, new Quartz counters and stainless appliances. You will love the abundance of natural light as well as the ample seating at the breakfast bar plus a separate table with chairs. Walk to historic Flagler Ave., The Garlic Restaurant, many other shops, and eateries as well as the park featuring Pickleball, tennis , playground, and basketball. Great Location

We brought our own E-bikes, used to get to the beach and restaurants even though they were in walking distance. Had fun going back and forth to Flagler Ave restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend. Duplex was adorable.

Very Nice Duplex Unit!

This property was perfect for our stay! We needed to be able to work during the day and my husband and I had plenty of room to do so. Very close to the beach and nicely remodeled.

Beautiful beach house with everything you need

Look no further. This beach house is absolutely beautiful and just as pictured. I have stayed at several VRBO locations and this is by far the best. We were steps from the beach, restaurants, shopping and a local park that had pickleball. The property manager was quick to respond to questions and very helpful with booking. We had a chance to meet the owners and they left us a welcome basket which was very sweet. Can’t wait to visit again.
