It’s terrible that they are continued to be in this site when they charge a 100.00 deposit but fail to put it where other hotels do. They text you this info after booking. It’s scammhsh and should not be able to be done.

I booked a smoking room, was advised that they not only didnt have them at that location but also did not do breakfast as advertised. The night check in wouldnt give me my key until after i gave him a hug. He also stated that the 100$ deposit i was unaware of would be refunded to my card immediately upon check out. The next morning i left the room at 1030 and was almost run over by the day check in who then demanded to know when i was checking out. I advised her i was on my way now she then pushed passed me to look at the room. When she got back to the front desk she advjsed me that not only would it take uo to a week to get the refund but that my cashapp would probably bot refund it ar all. Several cameras are pointed directly into rooms. Overall i dont recommend this property. And for women checking in at night, take someone with you.

I was locked out of my room for 45 minutes because my key didnt work there was no one available to help. The room was disgusting. The owners promised me a full refund. But they haven't refunded me. Dont stay here.

Rooms are not ready for guests. Full charge $100.00 deposit not an authorization to valdiate your card. Bedsheets were stained and not clean. TV and remote did not work or turn on. All furniture in room was broken giving cause to keep deposit if you don't take pictures. Worst hotel experience I've ever had.

The lady that checked us in was very nice and that was the best part. Breakfast was told to be included when booking the reservation, when we got there nothing was said about no breakfast we tried getting breakfast the next morning and there was a note on the door due to renovations there is no breakfast. The property had peeling paint everywhere, the ac units didn't have proper drainage so there was water everywhere and bubbling paint with water in it. It's a smoke free facility but walking by most of the rooms you can tell they smoke and smoke weed it's not a pleasant smell. When trying to get in our room we had to keep going to the office because the key wouldn't work and each time, I made 4 trips to the desk just for my key during our stay. The rooms could use updates of furniture and paint. Took awhile to get hot water for a shower. One night during our stay at 2am people were outside yelling, fighting and falling down drunk and almost came through the window to our room, I had to use my cell phone to try and call the front desk but no one answered and there was no phone in the room at all and it felt unsafe leaving my room. It quieted down a little after 3am so I was able to sleep some before getting up and checking out.
