Bed was Nice and comfortable. But the bathroom had holes in the wall. The toilet seat was about to break off and the shower had a large piece of porcelain missing in the tub. Will NEVER return!! Front staff person was very nice and the coffee was good.

Trust me you don’t wanna book with unprofessional front desk clerk that’s incompetent. I also didn’t receive all my money back in full. Since the front desk clerk supposedly didn’t see/played like she couldn’t find my reservation that was prepaid though hotel.com. nor could figure out how to find my reservation and didn’t understand. The worst experience I have ever had with a hotel or anything. I made to book another hotel with another hotel that was very inconvenient that I had to pay out of pocket.

The room smelled of Marijuana as soon as we got there. There was mold in the bathroom. Little cockroaches crawling every where. Carpet was dirty. Guest services was rude when checking out. The hotel smelled of mildew. I wont stay there again nor recommend this hotel to any one.

The room was satisfactory. The staff was very courteous. I had an issue with long term residents being roomed close to the entrance and myself being disabled having to walk to the other side of the hotel for my room 161 to be exact. Then checking out at 4am with homeless people sitting in the lobby asking for my phone number. Not where i will stay again unless the hotel changes its policies
