The house was great, beds were comfortable, everything was what we wanted, very happy with the tvs, furniture, pool and spa, game room, etc, overall awesome. On the flip side, we gave 4 stars instead of 5 since the host didn't reply to either of our messages after arrival, there weren't supplies you'd find in a hotel - there was only 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, 2 dishwasher & laundry pods, 1 paper towel roll, no hand towels, only 1 towel.per person, no condiments like salt and pepper, no ziploc bags, etc.and the grill was padlocked for owner use only. Overall, a great stay and would return, hopefully better stocked.

A great place to stay

I really have nothing bad to say about this house. Its in a gated community that is extremely quiet. The house itself was great. It was spotless with all the amenities you would need. The second upstairs living room was great also. The pool and hot tub were awesome. It was great to soak in the hot tub before and after a round of golf. The water out back had small bass and 1 small gator. Being in Davenport, it isn't super close to Disney, but it is away from the traffic and there are decent places to eat within a few miles. Communication with the owner ( Rob) was excellent. He returned messages promptly which was helpful. Myself and my golf buddies would definately stay here again.
