We celebrated our 29th anniversary for one night. The Seda was closed for a little while for renovations, but the entire hotel looks really nice and it’s good to have this nice hotel back in Davao again.

Overall it was a good overnight stay. The 1 thing I noticed is the toilet paper holder in the bathroom is placed wrong & inconvenient when you need it. The breakfast buffet is a good spread of hot food as well as drinks. It was crowded when I came so I have to wait longer for a refill of coffee

Very happy with the accommodations and amenities. All the staff members were polite, courteous, and friendly. Ballroom is an open area above the restaurant. There was an event happening one night while we were having dinner. The noise was unbearable. Very poor choice for the location of the ballroom.
