The bathroom required a thorough cleaning, as it had a noticeable water stain, soap scum, and mildew. However, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast spread was impressive, catering to various dietary needs. The support staff were friendly and welcoming. On the downside, the towels were dingy and thin, and washcloths and hand towels were not available.

The hotel was just across the street of SM Lanang. It’s very convenient to all your shopping and dining options. There was 7-11 too that’s open 24/7. We did try the breakfast at the hotel restaurant, we ordered beef tapa combo. It was huge comes with pandesal, fruit and drink. I will rate it 4/5.

The breakfast menu was great, a lot of choices are available. The rooms are clean but having carpets would have been better, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming and polite. However, some clients made noises in the middle of night which has disrupted a good sleep relaxation. The customers should be informed regarding making noises from specific times at night, for example from 11pm till 7am. There were some renovations happening during this period but it was acceptable. The pool is great and the shopping center is convenient because it is connected to the hotel for less than a minute walking. Overall great service and experience. Thank you,

Upon checking in to our room around 10pm we see the towels were old, shredding and dirty. We called to have new, fresh, clean towels but it never arrived. We called the front desk again in the morning to bring clean towels and it arrived. The employee said its only now in the morning that he received the message even though he was working all night. They also did not provide hand towels. At 2am we awoke due to a fragrance smell coming from the hvac. For people who have lung issues its not healthy. We arrived at the Park Inn late at night and found no drinking water in the room. We were so thirsty but didnt find out until morning that theres drinking water in the hallway. The price you charged was not balanced with the service. We will never stay at this Park Inn again.

Nice hotel, with friendly staff. It’s ongoing renovations so expect noise at odd times, even at night. There is no gym to speak of, as the equipment is tossed in a guest room… Special mention to the breakfast buffet with lots of choice. The property is clean and well maintained. Pool doesn’t get much sun during winter minutes, so the water is rather cold. 3 stars is deserved, not more in my view.
