今回初めて民泊なるシステムを利用した。合計5泊。結果は最悪だった。理由は、、、 Hotel.comの施設説明には【部屋掃除（毎日）】とあったが結果は、 部屋掃除：一度も無し。 タオル類：一度も交換無し。 掃除リクエスト：二日目に依頼しても返事なし。４日目に今日これから行くって返信あっても掃除訪問無し。。。 結局、４泊目、５泊目は別のホテルを予約してそっちに宿泊した。 ま、１泊のみの使用なら良いかもしれませんが、私の見た光景は昼間でさえ部屋ではゴキブリが運動会をしてる感じでした。（これはフィリピンあるあるかな。。。） [English version] This was my first time using the private lodging system. I stayed a total of 5 nights. The experience was terrible. The reason is... The facility description on Hotel.com said "Room cleaning (daily)," but in the end, Room cleaning: Not even once. Towels: Not even once changed. Cleaning request: I requested it on the second day, but there was no reply. On the fourth day, they replied that they were on their way, but no cleaning visit was made... In the end, I booked a different hotel for the fourth and fifth nights and stayed there. Well, it might be fine if you're only staying one night, but from what I saw, it felt like cockroaches were having a field day in the room, even during the day. (I guess this is a common thing in the Philippines...)
