🐾 Pets by Approval Only: Please get prior approval if bringing a pet
🚗 Parking: Kindly avoid parking on the lawn or grass areas
🧹 Clean & Tidy: Please help us keep the space neat—avoid excessive mess or food leftovers
🔥 BBQ Use: Feel free to use the BBQ, just give it a quick clean afterward. An additional cleaning fee may be deducted from the security deposit if left uncleaned
🗑 Waste Disposal: Please take the bins out on bin days

🐶 Pet Policy (Approval Required)

We love welcoming pets, but to ensure the best experience for all guests, pets must be approved in advance. We allow one pet per stay, but if you’re bringing more, just let us know the breed so we can confirm.

To keep the space comfortable for future guests:
✔ Please ensure pets don’t leave behind excessive mess or dander
✔ If pet hair or any pet-related mess is found during your stay or after check-out, an additional cleaning fee may apply or be deducted from the security deposit

🔒 A Few Important Notes
🔹 Security Cameras: Cameras are in use at the front entrance and common areas. A breach of house rules may result in a fee or dismissal from the property.
🔹 Security Deposit: A security deposit of $350–$500 can be requested prior to check-in. All our managed listings use API-connected software that authorizes us to hold a refundable deposit.
