Our Zen Homes use a professional laundry service that follows strict cleaning requirements for all our linen provided. We also offer additional cleaning services and guest amenities available upon request.

The focus of our design is to accommodate business professionals, corporate families, and exotic travellers who want to experience a more premium touch to their venture. If there is anything you need to make your holiday special, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We provide a wide range of amenities to suit our guest's requirements, and as local operators, we speak your language!

Just to make the check-in more convenient for you, we will leave the keys in a lock-box which is located on the building premise. The name on the lockbox and code will be given to the guest on the day of arrival.

You will be able to check-in from 3 pm and check-out is 10 am.

NOTE: Darwin is notorious for red-eye flights, so do let us know what your flight arrangements are and we can recommend some suitable options to fit your needs.

Uniquely located downtown Darwin central location; we are right next door to the historical Chinese Temple and Chung Wah Museum. This apartment is exclusive to two apartments per floor with two secured garage car parking. Walking distance to the impressive Darwin Waterfront Precinct surrounded by parks, boardwalks, a mighty Wave Pool, and Beach Lagoon that is perfect for relaxing with family fun holidays. Also, the Darwin Waterfront Precinct is home to the Darwin Convention Centre making this area convenient for Corporate conference accommodation.

Everything is within walking distance or riding distance around the city suburbs. There are no trains or trams in Darwin city so for public transport catching the bus will be your best option - bus stops are very close by. Uber has started operating in Darwin since mid-2018.

Please ensure our House Rules are adhered to, including the following:
- No parties or events
- No smoking
- No pets
- Gym Hours (8:00 am to 8:00 pm)
- Pool Hours (8:00 am to 8:00 pm)
- No glass, alcohol, and smoking within the pool area
- No Excess cleaning and leftovers
- BBQ can be used but needs to be cleaned. An Additional cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit if left uncleaned
- Bins are to be taken out of the apartment (Bin chute - near the lift)

IMPORTANT NOTE: security cameras are in use in the front entrances and common areas of the property, a breach of the rules may result in a fee or dismissal of the property.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit of $350-$500 can be requested prior to check-in. All our managed listings use an API-connected software that authorizes us to hold a refundable deposit.
