We stayed here for 7 weeks. It had everything we needed. As shown, it's a small 1 bedroom condo so you are kinda on top of the person you're living with BUT, the location is wonderful. My highlight was being able to walk to the beach. (10 min) It can get hot and just be aware that there is no traditional AC except fans and a portable unit. That was fine for me, but ac unit is loud. I preferred using the fans. If you are into pickleball they have 3 cts right outdide their building and they play every morning (med-low level only) very welcoming. This was a 2nd story and I was surprised at how quiet it was. I rarely even heard neighbors. We never did the pool/hot tub, seemed a little dirty for my husband's liking, plus Feb-March isn’t super hot. Overall, for the reasonable price, I could not ask for more. Great host too! Perfect amount of communication. Dont hesitate to book! Beach walk to Doheny is the best! We walked many times to the dana point harbor too. Great happy hour restaurants there. Miss it already.

Very comfortable condo. Well stocked kitchen. Easy access to the local bike/exercise trail, and a 10 min walk to Doheny Beach State Park. Watching the longboard surfers and enjoying the sun is wonderful!

Quail Run - Dana point

Second time staying at this property. Very convenient to pickleball, tennis, Doheny State Beach, grocery and drug stores, as well as PCH. Beautifully updated bathroom (including Toto toilet) and kitchen. Very responsive owners.

Relax, refresh and revive

This little gem of a condo is quiet, has everything you need and the location is perfect. Walk to the beach, restaurants almost on every corner, quick access to freeway to enjoy further away things. Very comfy bed and no carpeting which is a plus for me. If you are looking for some California Dreamin', this is the place. Thank you Veronica, for your suggestions on spots to visit and for providing a much needed oasis.

Del Obispo BRBO

Great location next door to Del Obispo State park and 10 minute trail walk to Doheny State Beach Park. Added bonus for us was that there is pickleball open play at the park every morning. A grocery store and pharmacy are close by, as is the PCH which makes getting to many places like Laguna Beach an easy drive. The kitchen and bathroom are nicely updated, and the shower works really well. Highly recommend this beach retreat. The only potential problem is that there are a lot stairs up to this second floor condo so anyone with mobility issues might be inconvenienced.

Summer getaway

My husband and I are retired teachers. We live in the desert, which is lovely in the winter, but summers are brutal. We were able to walk to the beach, run on the path, and explore the lovely coastal cities around Dana Point. The trolley was a fun, free experience, and the pool was my afternoon refuge. This place is really wonderful! Our Dana Point coffee mugs will bring fond memories and smiles for years to come. It's good to bank up these treasures of days!

Great location

Great location for the price. I was able to walk to the harbor for meals / entertainment. The bike path right behind the facility is great and felt nice and safe regardless of how late I walked down it.

Great 1 bedroom unit near the beach in Dana Point

Veronica and Adam were very gracious hosts. Whenever I would have a question or concern they would reply quickly and appropriately. The unit is even better than the pictures show it. The community is very quite and there is no street noise. The unit is close to the ocean, beaches and some great restaurants. I would definitely consider stating there again in the futrue.
