Wake up to the sounds of nature whilst only being a short five minute walk to beautiful Yabbarra Beach and a fifteen minute walk to Dalmeny IGA and Cafes. This two bedroom, two bathroom property comprises of the lower level of this residence only and has recently been renovated providing a lovely relaxed feel. Enjoy the outdoor alfresco area complete with table tennis table and BBQ to provide you with hours of entertainment. The property is wheelchair friendly, with the ensuite shower completely wheelchair accessible. Owners do live in the house above the unit.

Thought it was the whole house from the photos. Not enough toilet paper. No bath matt.

Was great but need to tweek A few things. Like bath Matt. More toilet paper which we bought. Not enough soap. Overall it was a great area loved it.
