Our room smelled damp - one of the beds had damp sheets as well. The TV did not work and when we asked the front desk to look at it she never got back to us.

My friends and I booked a non-smoking room here, but hadn’t realized that the whole property isn’t non-smoking. Regardless if we didn’t smoke, the whole hallways and even flooded into our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We found a multitude of stains on the bedding, mirrors, and surfaces in the bathroom. However, the staff was extremely helpful and we received almost a full refund. I would warn that the pictures posted here aren’t the current quality of the property and how it looks.

Large cockroaches

My youngest daughter was awoken by a large cockroach crawling on her. I was only compensated $20. What an insult. I'd expect at least a free stay or a refund.
