Overall the property was nice and central to most of the activities we wanted to do in Dallas. We stayed here for 1 week. The neighborhood was nice. The inside was nice. Liked the upgraded bathrooms Although they could have been deep cleaned better upon arrival there was hair left in the primary shower. The primary could also use a dresser. Also did not like upon arrival all the windows were left unlocked and what appeared to be the owners personal tray left in the living room. The biggest disappointment was the pool/outdoor area. The pool was dirty, leftover trash, wasp nests all around, two broken exterior windows, and the yard was unkept. The same energy and attention that went into the inside of this house should be given to the backyard. Not this homes fault but we did not know that the power does sometimes go out in this neighborhood. The neighbor said it happens for time to time. We had not power for about 6 hours with an 6 month old in 96 degree weather. Would have been nice to know ahead of time that the area looses power. Overall the house fit our needs for the week but would not rebook.
