We really like the daybed with the trundle bed. We like the stand up shower. We didn't like that the door to the toilet room was right in front of one of the beds. Overall, the room was clean. I recommend for a low-key hotel, with great service, hot standard breakfast, and clean rooms. My family and I rented a car, and decided to stay here due to proximity to DFW airport & because it was in the middle of the many cities (Plano, Frisco, Downtown Dallas, Fort Worth, etc). We also needed a room with a sofa/trundle bed, and most hotels all around Dallas did not offer this at a reasonable price. Staff always said hello and goodbye with a smile, and the breakfast bar had great options, offering so many oatmeal toppings that aren’t usually offered and delicious muffins. Loved how drip coffee was available in the lobby 24/7! The only downside was there was only one working elevator; the other was broken and did not have to wait too long, but hopefully it’ll be fixed soon! If you prioritize being central to downtown Dallas or having a hotel with more amenities and extra bells & whistles, may not be the hotel for you. Overall, I personally would stay here again for a quick trip to the area!!!
