Loved the house and location! House was immaculate. Only suggestion is a rail in the back to hold on to when climbing stairs and maybe a couple of coffee mugs. Host was very responsive to questions and neighbors were quiet and friendly. We would stay here again!

We booked this location for the Labor Day weekend and we booked it because we loved that the interior was updated and modernized. The Master Bedroom was very spacious and both bathrooms had updated flooring, cabinetry, and fixtures. We've owned and hosted short term rentals. There are 3 key things that make it a successful STR. Comfortable & clean beds, updated and clean bathrooms, and basic amenities.We were surprised that the beds had comfortable mattresses but were not fully equipped with comfortable "sleepable" pillows. It only included the decorative pillows that were thin and saggy. We had to run to a nearby Walmart to purchase pillows we could actually sleep on. Also, other small quirks like only 2 soup spoons and 2 coffee mugs for a home that is equipped for 6. Seems like the home hasn't been inspected by the host in a while to correct all these quirks. Hopefully, this is something that the owner can quickly update for future guests. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable stay with a great location for the north west Dallas area near the airport and other areas of the northern Dallas area. The host was extremely fast in communication and was even gracious to allow us to stay a couple of hours after checkout.
