The beds were hard as a rock. The room was HOT, and stuffy. A/C didn't work very good. The bedroom light switches didnt work at all. Only the table lamp between the bed. The shower had painters tape over parts of the dispencers. The pull out bed had black stains on the mattress that resembled mold. There was a scorpion crawling along the floor in the pool area. We ended up checking out a day early and going home. Gross. Half of the hotel was being remodeled on the outside but they should be focusing on the inside.

My family and I always stay here when we’re in the Grapevine area because it is next to the mall. As always, the staff are very nice. The rooms are always clean. The beds are always comfortable. The breakfast selection is always great. I recommend this hotel to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

Location was the best thing about this stay. Nightly rate was among the most reasonably priced, and staff was friendly. There is no bottled water in rooms, you have to pay $3 a bottle from front. Breakfast was not bad, it was a full breakfast bar. My big problem with this hotel was the room itself. It was so outdated, the setup was awkward, the decor and paint was out of the 70s the carpet was dirty, the little sink by microwave was clogged. The shower was too hot. I needed a place to sleep for 2 nights so I just made do and stayed and didn't complain.

Came in for a wedding. Staff was wonderful. Hotel was nice. Outside of the work goi g on on the back of the hotel where there was scaffolding outside of my window with workers, it was great. Right across from the mall.
