Staff was great, loved having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the kitchen. The property was beautiful! There were a few homeless around and one blocked my path while I was trying to get inside my building. While there are many views on how to help them it does raise safety concerns.

While I stay in Addison 3-4 times per year, this was my first stay at this property. Starting with check-in, Richie (?) couldn’t have been more pleasant, efficient, and professional. The same goes for the team serving breakfast. They were SO nice and accommodating. The room was large and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. Housekeeping was every other day and she was on top of her game. Highly recommend.
