As with many urban centers, the neighborhood is lively and centrally located, and while there is a visible homeless presence outside the building, our property remains secure. The building is equipped with 24/7 video surveillance and keycard access for added safety. Additionally, we are located directly across from City Hall, which ensures a regular police and security presence in the area.

Stay active during your stay! You’ll find the gym on the 1st level, near the leasing office. It’s open 24/7 for your convenience.

Game, Art & Music Rooms:
Looking for some fun or creativity? These rooms are open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
👉 They are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Cinema Room:
Enjoy a private movie session! The cinema room is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
👉 Don’t forget to bring your own DVDs, as movies are not provided.

✅ Before You Arrive:

- Complete the pre-check-in form to receive your smart lock codes and digital guide
- A $200 refundable security hold will be placed before check-in and automatically released within 3 days after checkout
