Unclean rooms, non paying residents sleeping in the third floor stairwell with their dogs, severely rude, completely uncaring and indifferent front desk staff. AVOID THIS AWFUL PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

I really had a pleasant and comfortable stay here. The room was clean, the staff were very friendly, and the location was super convenient. The only small issue I noticed was a bit of sink blockage and low water flow, but apart from that, everything else was great. I’d definitely stay here again!
