The atmosphere is Dirty nothing is well taken care of. The photos on maps is not how the hotel looks at all. And we paid for 2 nights and we left the 1 night, please give us our refund for the 2nd night.

Clean room and courteous staff. I believe it is a remodeled hotel. It’s a short distance from entertainment, restaurants, and shopping. The complimentary breakfast had the basics. The hotel is in a safe area and had everything I needed. I’ll definitely consider staying here again. I just wish the room had a bathtub for taking a bath instead of a walk in shower. Also, the bed wasn’t too comfortable. It was a stiff spring mattress. Those aren’t ever comfy. Last but not least, the floors were wonky. The carpet was uneven and squeaked whenever I walked on it. The bathroom tile is wobbly too.

Customer Service was a bit of a challenge during my stay. I was charged the $50 incidental deposit on two separate cards, and I’m hoping both refunds are processed quickly. It was also difficult to find the checkout time in the app or online, and even after calling the front desk several times, I wasn’t able to reach anyone. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, it had a strong odor when I first arrived. I ended up ordering a Bath & Body Works plug-in air freshener and a box fan through Instacart, and opened the window to help clear it out.
