Common areas are filthy, the carpet is disgusting and the walls need paint. Doors to the outside need to be replaced. Property needs serious updates. Outside patios were not kept up. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Stayed here because it was cheap and regretted it. Lobby is very nice and clean but killed at least 10-15 baby roaches in our room. Breakfast was very simple. Carton eggs and pre cooked bacon, waffle maker, toast, cereal and some muffins and fruit. Would not stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very courteous and kind. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked great. My only complaint was the shower. It was a handheld sprayer with VERY low water pressure. Please update the shower head. Thanks

The hotel feels very old and outdated. I’m glad I brought my own charging block because there were no USB outlets by the bed like most places have now. The carpet is worn, the bed is old and uncomfortable, and the pillows offer little support. The air conditioning barely worked, and the cabinets are so worn that the paint has rubbed off, exposing the wood underneath. Noise was another major issue — heavy traffic right outside the window made it hard to sleep, and the walls are thin enough to hear everything from the neighboring rooms. Getting to and from the property is also awkward; even grabbing food nearby meant looping under the freeway and back around, which was frustrating. On the positive side, the front desk staff were friendly and having a fridge in the room was convenient. Unfortunately, that’s about the only highlight. Overall, not a very comfortable stay. stay

It smells really bad. It's in very poor condition. And I heard from other people who stayed there that there were a lot of rats outside. They decided to show me photos, and there were way too many.

It was a place to sleep. But it is horribly unkept and maintained. The floors are stained, walls damaged and everything seemed to have been given a landlord special to be “fixed”. Price is nice but getting what you paid for I guess.

First impression coming into lobby, was nice, but after walking to elevator the rugs in the hallways are dirty, & dining area, this gave us a not sure feeling what the room would look like. The room was clean & looked like new rugs. We found we like hotels with no rugs, they always look dirty. Make the hotels look not kept up. Change to wood floors. The outside around the hotel needs cleaning, this also doesn't give a good perception of what the inside looks like.

The room was nice. It was good size. We did have 2 roaches one each night we were there-made me very leery of the room. There seems to be no care of the grounds. Tall weeds around pool, no grass. You can see where there was some once, perhaps with a different owner..

Hotel had a horrible smell too mustiness… I don’t know why, but the floors were wet… The gym equipment was broken… The air conditioner was extremely loud… But the musty smell was horrible

Its an older property and should be renovated. Rooms are very roomy but outdated. They really need to adjust where you enter the property. When you exit the freeway, you need to be very careful to swing all the way to right immediately to enter through the back gate if it's open, otherwise you'll need to circle back and its a long way to circle back. Otherwise what we did was to take one exit early, which solved this but your GPS won't tell you this!
