Rooms were large and spacious but not very well lit. We had to change rooms twice because the black out shade would not raise and the only light was a few lamps. Even in the second room they moved us to, the shades would not raise. They sent a maintenance man but he couldn't get them to raise. We didn't ask to be moved again because we were now running late for the function we had come to. We were somewhat disappointed since this looked like a fairly new facility. I was very disappointed that we were not given any compensation for this inconvenience.

The room that I stayed and had blood on the sheets. We had to remove the bloody sheets from the bed and after this The front desk was unresponsive after three calls. I had to wait about 20 minutes until getting service.
