The room was fine, but the staff is untrained, which is management's fault. They didn't give me a receipt when I checked out; my Expedia receipt doesn't match what this hotel actually charged my card. I called the hotel at 11:30 AM, but they don't feel like answering the phone at that time. They don't have voicemail. The phone just rings and finally hangs up. Does anybody even work there? It should not be this complicated just to get a receipt!

The room was good and the staff was professional and friendly. I have friends who live in McKinney and when they have a party/event, I will stay at this hotel instead of driving back to Fort Worth. All my stays have been excellent.

I was disappointed with our room I booked through Expedia. The hvac unit in the room was making the carpet wet so my husband went to call the front desk but our phone in the room didn’t work. He called the front desk from his cellphone. The toilet was continuously running. I find it hard to believe that no one that stayed in this room prior to us did not notify the front desk of all the issues.

Nice clean room, property and breakfast was wonderful. Checking in and out was easy and staff was very friendly. Property was very close to the soccer fields our grandson’s soccer team played at and also close to Lots of great eating places.
