The restroom had hair and stains on the floor. The man at the front desk was very rude and did not want to give me a printed receipt. Also do not buy snacks at their convenience store because they charged us $8 for a coke and $5 for a water bottle.

When Rick checked us in, he never discussed housekeeping comes every other day. However after day three housekeeping never showed. Rick just stated, they have a high occupant need to clean the empty rooms first. I checked in on Thursday by Sunday I had to go back and request my room be clean with firmness. Dan did deliver and come thru. He treated us with breakfast comps to make up for the misunderstanding. However breakfast ended at 9:30 just as I arrived. Therefore no breakfast for us.

This hotel is quiet with a lot of cozy seating areas, a bar with a large selection of well-made drinks, and friendly staff. Our room is spacious, clean, modern, and has a fridge and microwave. The parking lot is convenient and well-lit.
