Staff was courteous. Rooms were okay and fairly clean. However the soaps that they had in the wall in the bathroom were falling out of the wall. The shower door was improperly installed and was basically going into the ceiling/wall. Also you could hear everything from the hallways and someone activated the fire alarm. If you need a cheap room it is fine but not somewhere I would go again for a business standard or take my significant other.

The first moved to a room which was not cleaned. When I told them that the room is not clean, they moved us later to a different room. The room did not have towels and it also did not have hair dryer which they provided later. also, the breakfast is not that good.

The hotel smelled bad. The 24/7 coffee was cold, the shower didnt get hot and was hard to turn on, couldn't understand the lady that checked me in. The TV turned off every 10 minutes - this also happened last time we stayed at this particular SPARK. We will no longer be staying at this hotel, and we have stayed here several times.
