Staff is excellent. Very accommodating. Room was clean. The only drawback was that there was not a waffle machine for breakfast. Otherwise everything was great. I will stay there again.

Asked for cleaning, never got it. Blue painters tap still around door knobs & windows from fresh paint plus wall was still tacky from painting. Very loud and unpleasant

Hotel very nice. Love the location. Felt very safe staying here. Cleaning services were extremely nice. Thank you to them. My room was very spacious. Love my room and totally loved the new floors . So much better than those rugs that hotels usually use. Only thing would make it a 5 star in my opinion , if they took out those ugly rugs in the hall ways. . They bring the hotel down. Other than that hotel was very nice. Please put a rug in the showers so no body falls . It's slippery in there , but I did love the bathroom.

Last time I came I did not like their breakfast but this time they had milk, oat milk, oat meal, eggs, 3 kinds of bagels, 2 kinds of juices, muffins, yogurt with different topping options, 2 types of fruits and the best part was coffee is 24*7

The hotel was recently renovated and is bright and clean. The staff, while mostly friendly, is rather indifferent to cleanliness In public areas. Trash bins are full or overflowing. Guests leave trash on the table by the elevator and it sits there all night. The breakfast area can be downright disgusting, with the front desk clerk 20 feet away in full view of the overflowing trash bins. Coffee available 24 hrs, but creamer was empty for more than 24 hrs, two ice machines were out of order. Upon check-in, we were assured we would get stayover service on the second day. We did not, and the evening clerk was argumentative, insisting that we were wrong because it is not offered on Saturdays (the sign at the desk says differently, as dld our clerk at check-in). After all that pushback, he didn't even offer us fresh towels. When i asked for them, he made it clear it was am imposition because he was there to check-in new guests. The property is very nice for now, but with this level of indifference among multiple front office employees, i expect it to decline.
