I called the hotel at 5PM on Friday to let them know that I would be arriving around 10:30PM. The front desk asked if I could get here sooner since they had a lot of need for the room I booked. I advised I was traveling and that would not be possible. She said she would do her best to hold my room. I booked from Friday - Sunday. I asked her if there was an issue with payment and she confirmed the room had already been paid for. This made me feel uncomfortable and I spent the entire drive warring my room would not available when I arrived. I was traveling with my Autistic 4 year old and could be left without a room. I dent understand why they would infer my room may not be available when I arrive after I have paid in full for the room and notified them of my arrival time. When we arrived they had our room but the sink was not draining and many of the outlets didn't work. I was too exhausted to go back down and request another room nor did I feel like talking to the person at the front desk.

The stay was well, the beds were not comfortable though and I couldn’t sleep much. There were a lot of noises in the hallway, people yelling in the middle of the night and running through the hallway (teenagers). I think the timing was just off, but usually I have good experience at Hampton Inn & Suites.
