The person at the check-in desk gave family members my room number even though we booked separately and do not share a last name. I do not feel that was appropriate and have concerns for others safety if that is standard practice (what if it was someone fleeing abusive partner and the front desk gave out that info)

Deceptive practices, you see “self parking” beware !! It’s their lot however small signs telling you to download an app and pay, no reminder as you check in and you wake up to a ticket. It is beyond greed gouging and disingenuous. HILTON brand has been declining for years….sad. #neveragain

Breakfast was not avaliable for 2 days since it was a holiday. Hot tub was dirty and pool was not heated and also dirty. They had a gospel church with loud music until 12:30 am. Smelled like Marijuana in our room when we came back in from a day out.
