Other Things to Note:

Please note that oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in according to the Building Parking Policy.



Below are some examples that will be turned away at the time of check in:



1. Breathalyzer cars, Jerry-rigged or unsound controls, faulty brakes.

2. Large Vehicles - Includes sprinter vans, long economy vans, 10 passengers or more, anything lifted beyond height maximum 6'8

3. Dually Trucks or service trucks - very wide wheel wheels or lockers and containers. (too dangerous to maneuver in the garage.)

4. Anything lifted after-market or with larger custom rims and tires.

5. Motorcycles or tricycles other than car-type controls.



Pets of varying sizes are welcome with prior notification and confirmation to avoid potential cancellations. An additional cleaning fee per pet applies.



The fee structure for bringing pets varies based on the length of stay: $35 per night for stays of 1 to 4 nights, $250 per pet for stays of 5 to 29 nights, and $400 per pet for stays of 30 nights or more.



Please note, the company assumes no responsibility for building maintenance or repairs.



GUEST VERIFICATION PRIOR TO STAY IS REQUIRED



To comply with legal requirements and property security protocols, guests may need to furnish a government-issued photo ID, confirm contact details, complete our verification process, and possibly undergo a background check. This information is used solely for screening purposes and is neither stored nor utilized for any other purposes.



All guests are required to sign a rental agreement outlining stay terms. By booking, guests agree to:



Adhere to rental terms and conditions,

Provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in,

Undergo a background check if requested by property management or owner as stipulated in the rental agreement and booking terms,

Complete our verification process to receive check-in instructions.



Guests must provide necessary information within 24 hours of booking (1 hour for same-day bookings). We reserve the right to cancel reservations not meeting verification criteria.



Each stay includes a $39 damage protection fee covering accidental damages up to $150.
