The Denizen is a delightful boutique hotel within walking distance of a diverse group of restaurants from the high end Bob's Steak & Chop House to Jersey Mikes subs and everything in between. Rooms are large and beautifully furnished. Highly recommend the Denizon for anyone planning to visit the area.

This hotel truly has it all. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt respected and well cared for. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and all the restaurants were conveniently located in the same area. This was my first stay in McKinney, and it definitely won't be my last. I will return.

Had a wonderful experience at this boutique hotel. Clean, quiet, comfortable and convenient. The location is off of Sam Rayburn Tollway but near 75/45 also (freeway - no tolls). Great dining within walking distance of the location. Very unassuming. I enjoyed my weekend stay here. Highly recommended for a getaway trip. (Couples)

The property looked just like the photos, very great area, its around alot of food places, coffee, cafés, shopping etc. The staff was phenomenal the entire stay and so friendly. The room was very nice and when we needed something the staff was very helpful with it. We thought there was a pool on-site but there wasn't, but it was okay. We will definitely be staying again. Thank you :)
