The area is extremely sketchy, with our entire hallway smelling like weed and sex workers in and out at all hours. There were bugs - not bedbugs, thankfully - in the room. To top it all off, the hotel double charged me the incidental fee, refunded it, and then charged it again the day after I checked out. They insist they refunded it but my bank has no record of the refund and had me file a fraud claim to get my $200 back. The manager was rude and unhelpful when I called for help, literally leaving me on the phone and refusing to speak with me and even going so far as to hang up on me multiple times when I called from my husband’s phone. We needed a place to sleep for 5 hours before a flight heading out, and we’d have been significantly better off sleeping in our car. Don’t stay here.
