I tried getting a hold of the front desk for I would say 3 days and no one was able to answer the phone on any of those days. The phone rings, then a recording plays asking to you make a selection and then it just repeats over and over. I had a reservation of 1 king bed and was given a room with a queen bed. When I went to ask the front desk to move me to a King bed, the man said all king beds were taken. My husband kept telling him we booked for a room with a king bed to which the man said all king and queen beds are the same size. At the end the man said he could instead give us a room with 2 queen beds. When we went into the room one of the queen beds had stains and the room smelled funky. Hallways reeked of weed. Elevator is missing buttons but it was working. For the $60 cash deposit they make you sign a ticket saying you provided the $60. During check out we asked for the cash back and were provided it with no issues.

This is a great place to stay for the price. Rent desk so super friendly. It’s not the Four Seasons but it’s clean and comfortable.

The room was not clean. There was blood on the wall in the bathroom, hair in the bed and food smeared on the light switches. The staff was nice though. The breakfast was mediocre.

Room felt like a second grade room, curtain was broken and suspending in corner and couldn't close, room smell was stuffy, shower curtain was broken in a few places on the rail and looked tatty. Staff look like they just woke up from a nap. Really will NEVER stay at the hotel chain again.

I had a bad experience at this hotel. The staff refuses to return my $60 deposit, which they also require to be paid in cash. I called to resolve the issue and was told to call back the next day to speak with the manager. When I called again, no one answered. I have gone in person three times, and the manager, Shweta Patel, is never available or refuses to return the deposit. Very poor customer service. I do not recommend this place. Tuve una mala experiencia en este hotel. Los empleados se niegan a devolverme mi depósito de $60, el cual además solicitan únicamente en efectivo. Llamé para resolver el problema y me pidieron comunicarme al día siguiente para hablar con la gerente. Al volver a llamar, nadie respondió. He ido personalmente tres veces y la gerente, Shweta Patel, nunca está disponible o se niega a regresar el depósito. Muy mala atención al cliente. No recomiendo este lugar

Cheap and not disgusting

Pros: The room was clean. Staff was kind and helpful. The heat/ac was good in my room. Parking was good too. Cons: Not in a great area (but feels safe once inside) some chips in furniture, it smelled like weed in the 2nd floor hallway, the breakfast food was gross but they had a couple of good options (yogurt, fruit, cereal and waffles) All in all, if you want something cheap and good, this place is for you. A heads up before you go, they require a $60 cash deposit. They didn't find any issues but I took pictures of the chips in furniture before I unpacked just to be safe and I advise you do the same.

Yes, I know we came in late, but it was just one person checking in a long line of people. I would think there should be at least 2 people at the desk, just in case. Also there were nothing but blue stripe swimming pool towels available my whole 2 night stay. I had to go buy an hand towel to wash up. I was in room 230 the bed close to the window, had a iron rod sticking out of it which my leg was slightly injured on. The lobby was warm all the time, but the room was much cooler, I'm grateful for that. These are all the reasons my stay got poor rating.

$60 cash deposit required but they don’t even check the room. The room stunk very badly of cigarette smoke and the hallways and elevator smelled like hydraulic fluid. The walls were dirty in the room, there were no wash cloths. Breakfast is set out at 6am BUT it does not get replenished so by 7 there’s only waffles available. The front desk lady was very nice and polite and she does try to be accommodating. The hotel as a whole is just lacking. Do not recommend unless it’s the very last option available.
