Check in was fine.. Things wrong. Elevator had TONS of cracked tiles. Room things wrong: Drapes impossible to open, bathroom shower curtain too cheap and short and couldn't keep water in the tub. Bath soap in shower was empty and NO bar soap, No plastic cups, only coffee cups, batteries out in TV remote (with playoff football on). Website for hotel is a joke... every link goes to nothing. Breakfast was great, coffee was hot! No bedlight available.. you have to get out of bed to turn the light off over the bed. Floor in bathroom was cracked and several stains... This hotel has a chance to be good, but fix some of this stuff!

The breakfast was more limited that the HIE we stayed at the night before but still pretty good. Nice variety. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work. The room was very clean & very comfortable. I recommend it.

I thought the question just asked about breakfast. Breakfast was supposed to close at 10. We went down at 9: 35 and she turned the lights off and closed half the doors while we were in there. I asked if breakfast closed at 10 and she realized it was the weekend and it should still be open. She opened the door, still no lights. about 10 other people came before we left just before 10 but she never turned the pancake machine back on, brought out food that was gone or restocked anything. The beds were comfortable and our room was clean.
