Rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Hotel in general was. Several things like the hot tub and juice machine were not working. Staff wasn't friendly, just okay. Weren't enough towels, called down for more, had to go get them etc etc... Overall it was fine. Just nothing outstanding.
