The luxurious studio C is composed of a large bedroom, a small living room, a flat-screen TV, a shower and free toiletries, a fully equipped kitchen, a small terrace which gives a sea view, all charges included: water, electricity, linen and ironing twice a week, cleaning every day except Sundays and holidays, all rooms are air conditioned, with a wifi connection with its live Box, canal + horizon, etc.
The villa also has an automatic generator, a water reserve with a suppressor. We have private parking, car washing every morning, security is provided night and day by qualified agents. You will finally enjoy for your own leisure the swimming pool and its relaxation area.
The Villa is located 8 minutes from the Renaissance Monument.
The pier for the island of Gorée is a 15-minute drive away
