The staff is efficient, yet not particularly attentive to guests, and the information provided was minimal — for example, I was not told that the hotel is connected to a shopping mall. The food was also disappointing. I ordered a rare filet, but it was served completely overcooked and extremely tough. On the positive side, the location is very good, the hotel has a nice pool with bar service, and I was able to book a very pleasant tour through the hotel at a fair price. "

"Hotel Boma was wonderful - stylish, modern, clean and relaxing with good wifi. The best part however was the amazing staff particularly the reception and restaurant.
