The accommodation works with a prepaid electricity meter.

Extra charging is offered upon arrival. Any additional consumption remains at the expense of the traveler and can be easily recharged according to their needs.

Electricity consumption varies according to the duration of use of the air conditioning. The amount of free charging, the balance available on the meter and the charging methods will be explained to you clearly when you arrive.

The concierge will also be able to assist you if you need help with an additional charge.

The residence has a caretaker present during the night as well as outdoor surveillance cameras.
