Disliked: Amenities
The location from this hotel is excellent! Near spas, restaurants and tailors. A short walk to Ancient Town. Rooms are basic, no elevator and breakfast is very simple. My room was clean, however, I do they could up date the bathroom and perhaps better towels. The pool was a bit underwhelming and no towels are provided. I didn't need much so all was okay for me but the hotel could use some improvement.

I love this hotel and I have stayed here 4 or 5 times now. Always very affordable and usually includes breakfast. The area is very safe and convenient for shopping and dining. It is VERY close to all the things you want to be close to. Staff are impeccable. Them always goes out of his way to excel in every way possible. The manager (Son) is always a complete gentleman and very hospitable. Oh and the pool is phenomenal - as warm as a bathtub! I will be back again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a no-window room on the first floor for 3 nights. It was the most beautiful room we've stayed in. The lighting and the wood details in the room were so beautiful! Everything was very clean, the water in the shower was hot and had good pressure. The separate shower was a big plus. Everything worked well in the room. All the member of staff were so lovely, we had such a great stay here. Would love to come here again!

We had a lovely stay the this property. The staff were very friendly and always helped us with booking tours and cabs. The bathrooms are a bit outdated and we did have some problems with a leaking shower in the beginning but the staff were helpful and sorted it for us. The hotel is in a great location. Very close to everything but on a quiet street. We had a great stay at this location.
