The bathroom sewer smell bad. In the room have alot mosquito. Breakfast room they make confusing. Nobody keep track or write down the order customer order. They said one free breakfast for the first dish and a drink . Second dish will be charge. My son eat extra one dish but they charge two dishes. I order one free drink but they charge it.

Das Hotel ist sauber, die Lage zum Zentrum sehr gut, aber ruhig gelegen.Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist das minimalistische Frühstück. 2 Eier, @Toasr und eine Tasse Kaffee. Der Rest kostet extra.Die Hotelbar ist zwar vorhanden, aber war nie geöffnet

This was a fantastic villa so nice in fact we stayed another night. The nicest place we have stayed in Hoi An. There is a lovely pool, sun loungers, really large room with nice views and a balcony. Comfy large bed, lovely bathroom, very clean and English tv channels. Also there is a gorgeous buffet breakfast. It is about a 5-10 minute walk to the old town/night market but it’s a flat, practically, straight road. It was actually in the perfect location. Thank you to all the staff. They also arranged transport to the airport for us which was really reasonable.
