The room was as described, was clean and the resort facilities were very good. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which had plenty of space and ideal for families. The resort pool was good and the resort in general had a nice resort vibe. You do not go to reception when checking in or out, someone meets you at your room and you pay a cash deposit, but this went smoothly although feels a little weird. They do have somewhere to store your bags, despite the room not being directly provided though the resort. The restaurant for is average, but a short grab or taxi into Danang is easy enough.

The villa was amazing with great amenities and views. The breakfast arrangement by Lisa was really over the top, with chefs coming in and cooking for us. Tony provided us great support in activity planning and transportation. The SPA was totally worth it.

We enjoyed our stay at The Ocean Suites very much thanks to Lisa and Tony! They were really helpful from the reservation to room service arrangement, bedding supply and even the airport transfer. My villa was spacious and clean enough and we were happy to swim both in the main and private pool. The only con was the location. It was a little bit far from the central Da Nang, so we had to take a taxi for day trips almost everyday. But 20-minute-long rides actually gave us the chance to experience the dynamics of local life!

We had a wonderful stay. The staff's hospitality was excellent, and I'd especially like to thank Vince and Lisa. Their kind and helpful service made our stay incredibly comfortable. The room was clean, and the location was perfect for going to the sea. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back. Thank you!
