The hotel doesn’t has an elevator, I must carry my 2 luggages up and down level 3 by myself. Hotel connection with bad rental motorcycle make me stuck on the road . Have only 1 staff so they can’t solve the problems when I need support.

Good value for money

The staff were very nice. Truc Ha is very hard working and hospitable. She is impressive! They let me have a later check out. There is no elevator in the hotel so I had leave my big luggage on the lobby. It was safe. Good value for money.

For the money it wasnt a terrible hotel. Its more of a back packers hotel than anything else. As a result a lot of noise late at night from people coming and going. Room was good enough, nothing particularly special but not bad either. Biggest issue was the cockroaches in the bathroom. We had to wash a few of them down the drainpipe

Rooms are new, spacious, clean. Staff is very friendly, The entrance is from a small road/alley, so feels shady at first, but it’s pretty nice. It also is a hostel, so expect to see young backpackers in the lobby.
