For an only 4 star hotel, the service and attentiveness of the staff here is greater than that of any hotel I've ever stayed in before. I had dengue fever appear on arrival and they looked after me and had a doctor come direct to my room, with soup and check ins every morning, they helped me find a cheaper hotel later, and remembered my name always with smiles.

My wife and I only stayed one night in Hoi An as part of a pre arranged trip through Vietnam which is nowhere near enough time in this beautiful little city, such a great contrast to the chaos of Hanoi and HCMC.

Sparkling clean, comfortable bed

Receptionists were friendly and helpful, providing local tips. There's a lift catered for luggages so you don't have to worry about carrying them up the stairs yourself. Room is sparkling clean, bed is big and comfortable. Free bottled water and toiletries provided. Totally a 10/10 place. Highly recommended!

Great hotel and great service

The hotel was great, the room is in good condition and extremely clean and the service was superb, tea, coffee and tv in the room, a great breakfast variety with western options. The only downfall was the WiFi which was a tad slow at times, other than that the hotel and location was perfect.

Muy bien ubicado, a un paso del night market, del puente japones y de todo lo que hay por visitar. La habitacion linda, limpia y espaciosa y con buen baño. El desayuno muy bueno. El personal fantastico, nos explicaron todo sobre la zona, nos ayudaron en todo y siempre nos preguntaban si todo estaba bien y si necesitabamos algo. 100% recomendable.
