Checked in was good and room were cleaned. I was on the 19th floor with lounge access. The next day I went to the lounge at 11am, no one was there and the a/c was off. It was really hot, I had to get a worker from the spa to get someone to turn on the a/c. I also came back in the evening for a drink before heading out. The day of my check out was the worst. I was trying to rest for a couple hours before checking out to head to the airport. Around 10am the construction started without any warning. It was constant drilling non stop. I called politely asking if they can delay for an hours so I can pack and check out. It was giving me a migraine headache. It didn’t stop for over an hour until I called 5 times and ask for the manager. It would be nice if they warned me of the construction. Not 5 star service and very upsetting that they didn’t care.

I loved this hotel. The staff was amazing and the pool was fabulous. Food was also good. It was a bit noisy because across the street there is a beach club which is out of the hotel's control but other than that it was great

The beach is just across the street from the hotel. There are a lot of seafood restaurants around the hotel. But I didn’t try any. Pretty easy to get around using grab.
