Horrendous. We arrived at the hotel 3 hours after check in time (5pm) having already paid online through Expedia as we have done for every other stay this trip. We got to the front desk where another couple was having troubles with the receptionist as well and waited half an hour before someone would even look at us. After going up to the desk the man read our receipt and proof of booking and refused to give us our room claiming they decided “that day” they don’t accept third party reservations and forced us to pay in cash for a different room with no intentions of getting us refunded for the room we had already booked online. There was no other accommodation available or we would have left. After pretending to not hear us (sitting right infront of us) refusing to answer any of our questions, he finally gave us a room key to the most disgusting, un maintained room we’ve seen. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned ever, the cups and mugs were used, there was more mold than surface area, the door didn’t lock and was the worst sleep we have ever had. Do not stay at this hotel.
