We booked an apartment in this property at least 4 months prior to our arrival in March. Our reservation through Expedia was for a month long stay, however, once we arrived, we were told that they had no reservation for us. Excuses were given, and the staff member who spoke to us tried to assist us by walking through the streets in the immediate vicinity, looking for alternatives. Every hotel was booked, so she offered us a suite for 1 night. We had to
