DONT BE FOOLED! Advertisements, pictures look great, but this property falls WAY SHORT of delivering any kind of experience for overnight guests. Food is poor at best, most restaurants close at 4:30pm. Most things to do close at 5pm. After 5pm- there is beer and wine until the next morning. The advertisement is have WIFI- they sure do but it doesn’t work! Only way to get in room dining is via WiFi- again doesn’t work and they don’t have “paper menus.” You can tell the staff doesn’t want to be here. Service is poor at best, asking anyone for directions seems like you are bothering them. Communication is very difficult with most staff in any language. When checking in this hotel tells you the only option for dinner is a $1mill dong per person “buffet” for absolute garbage food. I paid for 3 night stay and left after 1. If you go- only plan a few hours, pack your own food water, then leave. This is a REAL and honest review.

Although the existing staff were working hard there were too many guests that outnumbered the staff. We had to wait in queue for hours to check in. There were no clear instructions on where to go. The number of bell boys were limited as well

What a beautiful place. We booked one night here so we could take our time exploring the park & did not regret it. Our room was right next to the church and had a great view. It does get very quiet at night and especially cold so keep in mind to bring warm clothing if you stay.
