Very clean in every respect. The staff were exceptional, especially Ms Hannah Nguyen from customer relations. Everyone greeted us with a smile and went out of their way to make us welcome and comfortable. And wow, the breakfast buffet was extensive and well prepared.

The experience from the front door until I departed was top notch. The buffet staff was exceptionally attentive and helpful. The bell hop service was the usual above average. My second time staying there and it won’t be my last.

The rooms we stay. We barely see the beach at all. When I first checked in, hotel provided me new face towel. Second day I stayed, the hotel gave me an old face towel with torn on all the sides. It looks like it was used so much that the towel was all torn. Really disappointed. On top of it, my wife's room have bad odor when the AC is on. We request to change filter and they did on second night. Really disappointed for 4 star hotel
