To say the large size of the hotel, it was absolutely spotlessly clean. The staff were absolutely wonderful friendly and courteous, everyone of them. Fantastic room, hotel, staff and service. Only 2 small issues which we mentioned to the team - waterfall shower head needed descaling and a la carte evening menu was not to their normal standard. Would highly recommend this hotel. We had a lovely relaxing time. Also the breakfast was awesome.

Absolutely gorgeous resort with top end staff and premises!! This place is just beautiful- even the breakfast/dining room is beautiful. Miss Ba Nguyen was our Host on arrival and she was superb. Our room was gorgeous and spacious. The inclusive buffet breakfast was phenomenal. The pool area and bar is gorgeous and the beach is untouched and goes for miles in both directions. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

The people were nice and the place was brand new. The property has 2 towers with one tower (which was not yet open) being a condo complex. There was a work event in the hotel's ballroom and the music was played extremely loud until 11:30pm. The hotel staff seemed helpless to address the issue. Very frustrating.

We booked a villa at the resort and Kim Anh was our host and she and the staff took great care of us. They were very responsive with all our needs such as requesting services, towels, rides, etc. The service and staff here are exceptional and really make you feel welcomed.
